Product Overview

The YK Swing Granulator is a versatile granulating machine designed to convert wet powder materials into uniform granules or to size and crush dry agglomerated materials into consistent particles. With its simple structure, reliable performance, and easy operation, the machine is widely used in the food, chemical, nutraceutical, and related industries.

The machine operates by means of a reciprocating swinging rotor that forces the material through a stainless steel screen. Wet mixed materials are extruded into uniform granules, while dry lumps can be broken down into evenly sized particles. Different mesh screens can be installed to produce granules of various sizes according to production requirements.
