HLSG Wet Mixing Granulator
The HLSG Wet Mixing Granulator is an advanced high-shear granulation system designed for efficient mixing and wet granulation of powder materials in a single enclosed vessel. It combines dry mixing, binder addition, wet massing, and granulation into one integrated process, significantly improving production efficiency while ensuring consistent granule quality. The equipment is widely used in food, chemical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic industries.
Working Principle

Powder materials are loaded into the mixing bowl, where they are rapidly blended by the main impeller to achieve a homogeneous mixture. A binder solution is then uniformly sprayed into the powder bed while mixing continues. The high-speed chopper breaks up agglomerates and promotes the formation of dense, uniform wet granules. After granulation, the product is discharged for drying or further processing.
