Rotary Bottle Turntable
The Rotary Bottle Turntable is a manually operated device where bottles are placed onto a rotating table. The turret rotation continuously feeds bottles onto the conveyor belt for subsequent processing. This easy-to-operate system is an indispensable component of production lines.
Available as Infeed Unscrambler or Outfeed Accumulator - This heavy-duty rotary table serves as a foundational component of automated solid dosage bottling lines, designed to handle various glass and plastic bottles (round, square, or oval) gently and efficiently.
Dual Configurations & Applications
  • Infeed Unscrambler: Operators place batches of empty bottles onto the rotating disc. Adjustable guide rails and deflector plates automatically arrange bulk bottles into a precise, continuous single-file line, smoothly feeding them onto the conveyor belt toward counting machines.
  • Outfeed Accumulator: Positioned at the end of the bottling line (typically post-labeling or post-induction sealing). Gently accumulates finished containers onto the disc, providing vital storage buffer zones that give packing operators ample time for manual boxing or cartoning without causing upstream machine backups.
