The TWL100 Automatic Round Can Bottle Labeling Machine with ribbon date coder combines precision self-adhesive labeling with inline batch coding in a single compact station. This all-in-one solution eliminates the need for a separate coding machine, saving floor space and reducing production line complexity. It simultaneously applies the product label and prints production date, batch number, and expiration date with permanent, smudge-proof hot foil marking.
Containers are spaced and conveyed through the labeling station. The photoelectric sensor triggers the label dispensing system, while the integrated hot foil coder prints date and batch information onto each label moments before application. The coded label is then peeled from the backing web and applied to the container via precision rollers. The pressing unit ensures bubble-free adhesion. The entire process is managed through a single PLC with touch screen control for both labeling and coding parameters.
