The TW-1880 Automatic High Precision Position Labeling Machine is engineered for accurate label placement across a broad range of container types and industries. Unlike conventional labelers that struggle with container surface variations, the TW-1880 uses radio eye detection technology that is unaffected by glass transparency, metal reflectivity, or dark plastic coloration. The independently adjustable conveyor, bottle divider, and labeling head motors enable rapid changeover between completely different container formats without mechanical retooling. All product contact and frame components are SUS304 stainless steel and anodized aluminum for GMP and HACCP compliant operation.
