The line combines automatic bottle unscrambling, electronic tablet counting and filling, cylindrical desiccant canister insertion, cotton insertion (optional), automatic capping, induction sealing, and labeling into one seamless operation—delivering finished, moisture-protected, sealed, and labeled bottles ready for secondary packaging.
Designed for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and health supplement manufacturers requiring end-to-end tablet packaging with integrated desiccant protection, this complete line operates at 60-70 bottles per minute with a single PLC master control synchronizing all stations. The TW-C121 desiccant insertion module uses rotary turntable hole-position feeding to insert one cylindrical desiccant canister into each bottle, with no-bottle-no-insertion protection and missed-insertion detection maintaining 100% quality assurance.
