The high-speed impeller generates a powerful three-dimensional mixing motion combining convection, shear, and diffusion for rapid homogeneous blending. Available from 5L laboratory scale to 1500L production capacity.
Working Principle
The material is loaded into the mixing chamber where a high-speed impeller generates strong three-dimensional mixing motion. The combination of convection, shear, and diffusion forces quickly disperses and blends powders and granules into a homogeneous mixture. After the mixing cycle completes, the finished product discharges through the bottom outlet ready for tablet compression or capsule filling.
