Product Overview

The double cone powder mixer W-300 is engineered for pharmaceutical-grade dry powder and granule blending. With 300L capacity, 120-150kg batch size, and 99% mixing uniformity, it provides consistent and homogeneous powder mixing critical for tablet compression and capsule filling processes in GMP-compliant manufacturing.

Working Principle

Powders and granules are loaded into the W-300 double-cone chamber which rotates at 12rpm around its axis. The continuous tumbling, splitting, and recombining action creates three-dimensional powder movement throughout the entire volume. With no internal agitators, the process is gentle on fragile granules while achieving rapid and complete blending uniformity.
