This magnesium stearate spray system machine is equipped with highly responsive sensors, a high-speed PLC, and high-speed pneumatic solenoid valves. Users can conveniently configure the required atomized powder volume for each specific mold set via the Human-Machine Interface (HMI), setting a volume that exceeds the lubricant content of the product itself.

The integrated sensors accurately detect the number of molds passing through the system, automatically and synchronously adjusting the powder output rate per unit of time to ensure uniform powder distribution across the molds. Furthermore, the device features synchronized start-up and shut-down functions, thereby preventing the wasteful use of lubricants.

The equipment also includes an intermittent spot-spraying function for low-speed operation; users can customize the specific threshold—defined as fewer than a certain number of molds passing per second—at which this spot-spraying mode is automatically activated. Alternatively, the system can be switched to manual mode, allowing for the independent activation of individual functions. The device features three powder output ports, enabling seamless integration with tablet presses configured for single-output, dual-output, or triple-output production.
